KUK University M.Tech Admission 2014 

University institute of Engineering & Technology (UIET) a constituent autonomous institute is situated in lush gree campus of Kurukshetra . The Institute is running B.Tech  and eoght M. Tech program along with active leading to Ph.D in Engineering and Applied Science. The Institute has been competitively selected  as one of 88 institution  in the country by MHRD for world Bank assisted TEQIP-II grant.The institute has also been recognized by UGC under Section 2(f) an 12B of UGC Act 1956.

Application are invited for admissions to the following M.Tech. courses as details:

(1) Course - (Electronics & Communication Engg.) Eligibility-(BE/B.Tech in ECE or equivalent or M.Sc in Electronic or equivalent, Intake - 20

(2) Course - (Computer Engg.(CE)) Eligibility-(BE/B.Tech in CSE or equivalent or M.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent or MCA, Intake - 20

(3) Course - (Software Engg.(SE)) Eligibility-(BE/B.Tech in CSE or equivalent or M.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent or MCA, Intake - 20    

(4) Course - (Biotechnology(BT)) Eligibility-(BE/B.Tech in BT or equivalent or B. Pharmacy or M.Sc in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Bio-chemistry or equivalent, Intake - 20 

(5) Course - (Mechanical(Industrial and Production Engg.)) Eligibility-(BE/B.Tech/AMIE in Mechanical Engg. or equivalent, Intake - 18.

(6) Course - (Mechanical(Thermal Engg.)) Eligibility-(BE/B.Tech/AMIE in Mechanical Engg. or equivalent, Intake - 18. 

(7) Course - (Electrical Engg.) Eligibility-(BE/B.Tech/AMIE in Mechanical Engg. or equivalent, Intake - 18. 

(8) Course - (Materiel Science and Technology.) Eligibility-(BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engg. or equivalent or M.Sc. in Physics/Applied Physics/Chemistry/Electronic Sc.Electronics/Material Sc. or Equivalent, Intake - 18. 

Admission will be Made first on the basis of GATE score and thereafter, for the remaining vacant seat if any on the basis of merit  of qualifying examination. Prospectus containing admission application form and details is available  on UIET website www.uiethkuk.org. Interested Candidate may submit their completely filled form along with the DD of Rs. 500/-(Rs. 125/- for SC/BC/SBC/EBPG/ candidate of Haryana) in Favour of Director, UIET . The Last Date of Receipt of Application form either in person or by Post is 31-07-2014 up to 5:00 p.m.
