Educational Requirements: Matriculation/ITI and 02 years experience in any recognized University/Educational Institution/Organisation and having experience in the following areas: (i) Diary/Dispatch/Movement of Register or making entries in the Computers; (ii) Record Keeping: (iii) Photocopying and preparation of sets; (iv) General cleanliness & upkeep of the Section/Unit; (v) Basic data entry on Computers; (vi) Any Office related multi-tasking work.

Employment News dated 12th – 18th October 2013). The last date of receipt of applications is 11th November 2013. The post applied for must be clearly superscribed on the envelope containing the application. Applications received without proof of required experience certificate (duly attested) will be outrightly rejected without any intimation.

General Conditions: (i) Upper Age Limit: 35 years. Age relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC/PWD-HH categories as per rule, applicable from time to time.
(ii) Candidate belonging to PWD Category should meet the prescribed criteria of physical disability as applicable as per the Govt. of India rules for respective physically disabled category.
(iii) 05 (Five) years age relaxation will be given to Departmental Candidates of the Jawaharlal Nehru University.
(iv) Persons already in service in Govt./Autonomous Bodies/PSU should apply through proper channel along with vigilance clearance and integrity certificate.
(v) Merely possessing the prescribed qualifications and requisite experience would not entitle a person to be called for the Written Test/Trade Test/Interview.
