Applications are invited for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position to work under a project
sponsored jointly by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), India and the Russian
Foundation of Basic Research (RFBR), Russia entitled “Time Resolved Photometric and
Spectroscopic Study of the Chemically Peculiar A-type Stars”. The above JRF position is tenable
for a period of 2 years.
Eligibility: M. Sc. (Physics) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university and NET/GATE
qualified. Experience in astronomy and astrophysics will be given preference.
