Preference to candidate with specialization in Food Production/Bakery & Patisserie for the post of Lecturer-cum-
Instructor.
** The remuneration is consolidated per month on fixed term contract basis for Teaching Associate.
Relaxation of Age: Upper Age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in case of SC, ST and Departmental Candidates and as specified for other categories by Govt. of India from time to time.
Qualification & Experience for Lecturer-cum-Instructor:
Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration/Hotel Management after 10+2 from a
Recognized University and full time Master’s degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / Hotel
Management securing not less than 60% marks in aggregate either in bachelor’s or master’s degree and atleast
5 (five) years teaching experience in an Institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management & Catering
Technology/State Board of Technical Education/recognised University and / or hotel and catering industry.
OR
Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration/Hotel Management after 10+2 from a Recognized University securing not less than 60% marks in aggregate and atleast 7 (seven) years teaching experience in an Institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology/State Board of Technical Education/Recognized University and / or hotel and catering industry.
Qualification & Experience for Assistant Lecturer-cum Assistant Instructor:
Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration/Hotel Management after 10+2 from a
Recognized University and full time Master’s degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / Hotel Management
securing not less than 60% marks in aggregate either in bachelor’s or master’s degree.
OR
Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration/Hotel Management after 10+2 from a Recognized University securing not less than 60% marks in aggregate with atleast 2 years industry experience. Persons who were working as Teaching Associate as on 20-02-2013 will be eligible to apply for the post with two years teaching experience.
Other Conditions
Those candidates who are working in Govt. / Semi. Govt./ Quasi Govt. / Autonomous body should apply through proper channel . No vigilance/disciplinary case is pending or contemplated against the applicant and if any she/he is clear from vigilance angle/discipline angle and her/his integrity is certified.
The above posts carry usual allowance as admissible under Central Govt. The Posts are Non-Pensionable but the New Pension Scheme as per rules is applicable.
