The applications must be supported by copies of certificates relating to educational and technical qualifications, date of birth, experience, category (SC/ST/OBC) & one recent passport size photograph, indicating the name of the post applied for on the envelope. 4. Number of vacancies indicated is provisional and may vary at the time of actual filling
up of posts. ERNET India reserve the right not to fill up all the posts, if it so desires.
5. Selection: - Initial screening will be based on academic record and experience
requirement wherever specified. Only short listed candidates shall be called for test and
interview. No interim correspondence will be entertained.
6. The person selected will be eligible for medical facilities, lunch coupons, CPF etc. as
per the Bye-Laws of ERNET India.
7. Interested candidates possessing the above qualifications and experience may apply in

8.(i) Candidates applying for the post on direct recruitment basis and deputation must
enclose Demand Draft of Rs.500/- in favor of ERNET India, New Delhi along with the
application. However, SC/ST candidates are exempted from fee.
(ii) For appointment on deputation basis (foreign service), the deputation would be
governed by the terms and conditions contained in Department of Personnel and Training O.M.
No. 2/29/91-Estt. (Pay II) dated 05.01.1994, as amended from time to time.
9. The candidate must ensure that he/she fulfils the educational qualification & experience
criteria as on the date of publication of the advertisement.
10. The candidates who are already working in Central Govt./State Govt./
PSUs/Autonomous Bodies must submit their application through proper channel alongwith
attested copies of ACR Dossiers for the last five years and Vigilance/Disciplinary clearance
certificate.
11. Applications received after the due date, without ACR Dossier and Vigilance clearance
will not be entertained. The Officer once selected shall not be allowed to withdraw his/her
candidature at a later date.
Note :- (i) Govt. Orders regarding age relaxations to various categories of candidates will be
applicable.
(ii) Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview. Mere fulfilling of
requirements as laid down in the advertisement does not qualify a candidate to be called for
test/interview.
(iii) For meeting the eligibility criteria the relevant experience will be counted from the date of
passing the essential qualification required for the post to be filled up.
