Educational Requirements: Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations & Labour Welfare from a recognized University or equivalent.

Qualifications: LLB with Labour Law as elective subject is desirable.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 15 years post qualification experience in Personnel Management/HR in Executive level out of which at least five years should be in a senior Managerial capacity as the Chief of Personnel/HR Dept. in a major industrial establishment with minimum 1000 employees.
