The Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management – Kerala invites applications from the eligible candidates for the following temporary positions.
1. Research Assistant (Medical Image Analysis): One Post
Qualification: First Class BE/B.Tech/M.Tech with strong background in C/C++ programming and academic experience in the usage of MATLAB.
A minimum of 60% marks in the qualification degree is required to be considered for this post. Prior knowledge in OpenCV/ITK is a desirable but not necessary requirement. Fresh graduates who aspire for high quality research are encouraged to apply. Selection of the candidate will be based on a personal interview and a Skills Test.
Job content: As a research assistant, the candidate will be responsible for developing and executing research publications/Grant applications in consultation with the supervisor/s.
Remuneration: Rs. 12,000 per month (consolidated) for M.Tech OR B.Tech with 2 years of experience.
2. Research Assistant (MR Imaging): One post
Qualification: First Class BE/B.Tech/M.Tech with academic background in Biomedical engineering/ Electronics/ Computer Sciences. A minimum of 60% marks in the qualification degree is required to be considered for this post. Prior experience in MR sequencing/ MR imaging will be given weightage. The candidate should have very good exposure in MATLAB. Knowledge in C/Open CV is desirable but not a necessary requirement. Fresh graduates who aspire for high quality research are encouraged to apply. Selection of the candidate will be based on a skills test followed by interview.
Job content: As a research assistant, the candidate will be responsible for developing and executing research publications/Grant applications in consultation with the supervisor/s.
Remuneration: Rs. 12,000 per month (consolidated) for M.Tech OR B.Tech with 2 years of experience.
The positions are on contract and temporary for a period of one year extendable based on project requirement and performance. Applications complete in all respects, in the prescribed form given below, along with photocopies of certificates should reach the office of the Manager (F&A) on or before June 15, 2013 superscribing the envelope with “Application for post applied……………”
