General Conditions:
i)
Selected Candidates shall be
posted at our Project Site at Indore Indore
ii)
The Number of vacancies indicated
is provisional and may vary at the time of actual selection. The Centre
reserves the right not to fill up any of the posts, if it so desires.
iii)
Term
of appointment: The assignment is purely on contract basis, initially for
a period of 1 year to meet the ongoing project requirements. Further extension
of the tenure of contract will be purely based on needs of the organization and
on the performance of the employee.
iv)
Appointment based on this advertisement will not confer any
right whatsoever on the Recruitee for any regular appointment in C-DAC
Thiruvananthapuram or any other unit.
v)
Selection: Initial screening will be based
on academic records. Though the minimum eligibility for applying will be First
Class with 60% marks in the qualifying examination, the Centre reserves the
right to fix a higher percentage in the initial screening, if sufficient number
of candidates with higher percentage of marks is available.
vi)
Short listed
candidates will be called for Test / Interview. The exact Date, time and venue
of the Test / Interview will be intimated separately through e-mail and letter
by post.
vii)
How to Apply: Interested candidates may download the
application form and apply in the prescribed manner along with copies of
certificates (regarding proof of age, qualification, experience, caste etc.)
and mark sheets so as to reach this office on or before June 10, 2013 (5.30 PM)
superscribing the envelope “Application
for the post of Project Technician II – On Contract”.

Important
Points to note: Qualification must be from
Recognized Board / Institutions.
ix)
Applications of candidates
claiming SC / ST / OBC (Non Creamy Layer) / PWD status will be considered for
relaxation, only if the duly attested copy of Caste / Non Creamy Layer
Certificate / Medical Disability Certificate as the case may be, issued by the Competent Authority is produced
at the time of Interview for final selection.
x)
The candidates alone are
responsible for the authenticity of information provided by them. Any wrong
information provided will make them automatically disqualified for the
interview, irrespective of the ranking obtained in the test.
xi)
Shortlisted Candidates for
interview will be required to submit the following documents while reporting
for Interview:-

All academic
certificates in original alongwith one set photocopy.
·
Caste/Community
Certificate for SC/ST/OBC-Non Creamy Layer as applicable in original alongwith
a photocopy.
·
Medical
Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority in the case of PWD
(Persons With Disabilities) candidates.

The Test / Interview shall be
held at Indore
xiii)
SC/ST/PWD (Persons With Disabilities) candidates appearing for the Test /
Interview will be eligible for reimbursement of Travel Expense as per Govt. of
India rules.
xiv)
No interim
correspondence will be entertained.
xv)
Canvassing in any form will be a
disqualification.
