Northern Railway Recruitment 2013 – Sports Quota Vacancies: Northern Railway Jagadhari (Haryana) invites applications from Male candidates for recruitment through Open advertisement for the posts in Pay Band, Rs. 5200-20200/- with Rs.1800/- Grade Pay against Sports Quota for the year 2012-13 in “Carriage & Wagon Shops, Jagadhri Workshop of Northern Railway”. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 04-03-2013. Name of the Posts: Grade Pay 2012 – 2013
Name of the Discipline: Weight Lifting

Age Limit: Candidate should have 18 to 25 years as on 01-07-2013.Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess SSC/ ITI/ equivalent from a recognized institution and sports qualification.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay fee of Rs.40/- for General and OBC candidates in the form of IPO/DD drawn in any nationalized bank in favor of Workshop Sports Officer, Jagadhari Workshop, payable at Jagadhari Workshop. SC/ ST/ Muslims/ Christians/ Sikh/ Buddhists/ Zorastrians (Parsis) Candidates are exempted from fee.

Selection process: Selection of candidates shall be made on the basis of field trial, assessment of sports achievement, educational qualification and interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply through prescribed application format given in the notification, fill the form and attach 3 Gazetted attested passport size photograph, all relevant copies of age, sports achievements, caste, DD must be sent by Super scribing the envelope as “Recruitment Against Sports Quota” with the name of the event to The Assistant Personnel Officer, Carriage and Wagon Shops, Northern Railway, Jagadhri Workshop – 135002, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana  or can be dropped in the Chief Workshop Manager, Carriage and wagon Karkhana, Northern Railway, Jagadhri Workshop – 135002 on or before 04-03-2013.
