CIFT Recruitment 2013 – Walk in for Research Fellow Vacancies: Central Institute of Fisheries Technology (CIFT) has issued notification for the recruitment of 02 Junior Research Fellow, 04 Senior Research Fellows to work under the project “Myctophid Resource Assessment in the Arabian Sea and Development of Harvest and Post-Harvest Technologies for their utilization” funded by the CMLRE, Ministry of Earth Sciences at the CIFT, Cochin. Eligible and interested candidates may attend for walk in interview on 15-02-2013. CIFT Vacancy Details:
Total No. of Vacancies: 06
Names of Posts:
1. Sr. Research Fellow (Group A): 03 posts
2. Sr. Research Fellow (Group B): 01 post
3. Jr. Research Fellow (Group C): 02 posts

Age limit: Candidates upper age limit should be 40 years for women, 35 years for men as on 15-02-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have MFSc. / F.RM. (Fishing Technology / Fisheries Engineering) / M.Sc (Industrial Fisheries / Marine Biology / Fisheries) for SRF (Group A) post, M.Sc (Fish Biochemistry / Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Industrial fisheries), MFSc (Fish Processing Technology / Post Harvesting Technology) for SRF (Group B) post, MFSc (Fish Processing Technology , Post Harvest Technology), M.Sc (Industrial Fisheries / Biochemistry / Aquaculture and Fishery Microbiology) for JRF post.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may attend for the walk in interview along with the detailed bio data affixing a recent passport size photograph, should submit the attested copies of all certificates in support of the age, educational qualifications etc. and the original certificates shall be produced for certificates verification before the interview at Central Institution of Fisheries Technology, CIFT Junction, Matsyapuri P O, Willingdon Island Cochin – 6820212 on 15-02-2013 at 09:30 am.
