Applications are invited on or before 22.8.2014 from the eligible candidates for filling up the following vacant posts on Regular/Adhoc/Contract basis in the University office/ constituent colleges of the University
Terms and Conditions
Salary
1. Deputy Medical Supdt. – Rs. 37400-67000+8600 G.P
2. Safai Sewak/Mali/Helper/Ward Attendant - Rs. 6000/-p.m
Qualification & Experience
1. Deputy Medical Superintendent-3
MBBS from recognized Institutions and five years experience in Hospital
Management in Medical College. MBA in Hospital Management.
OR
MBBS from recognized Institution and registered with State Medical Council and
Masters Degree in Hospital Management/Administration from a recognized
University. Minimum 10 years work experience in hospital/healthcare with Minimum
5 years professional work experience in hospital/healthcare administration at
managerial level.
2.Safai Sewak – 12
The candidates applying must have ability to read and write in Punjabi and two
years experience as Sweeper/Safai Sewak in University/ Govt.Hospital.
3. Mali- 9
The candidate applying must have ability to read and write in Punjabi and two
years experience as Mali in University/Medical College.
4. Helper - 90
Matric from recognized board/institute with one year experience as Helper in
University/ Medical College/Govt. Hospital.
5. Ward Attendant-6
Matric from recognized board/institute with five years experience as Ward
Attendant in Govt. Dispensary/Govt. Hospital/reputed recognized hospital.
General terms and conditions:
1. The applicant must enclose demand draft of Non-refundable in favour of The
Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot payable at
Faridkot as under:
i) For Sr.No. 1 Rs. 1500/- (Rs.750/- for SC/ST)
ii) For Sr.No. 2 to 5 Rs. 200/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST)
2. The University has right to increase or decrease the number of posts at any
stage without citing any reason or not to fill any or all the posts.
3. The applicants applying for the post should not be above 38 years of age on
the last date of receipt of application form. Relaxation in upper age limit as
per Punjab Govt. rules. For Deputy Medical Supdt upto 42 years relaxable
upto 52 years for all state/Cental Govt. employees.
Age Relaxation As per orders of Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court in
CWP No. 1565 of 2013 (O & M) the existing staff , teaching and/or Non
teaching, if otherwise eligible to compete in regular selection will be granted
age relaxation by the University to enable them to compete for such regular
selection/appointment.
4 The Application on prescribed proforma must accompany self attested copies
of certificates for proof of date of birth, marks sheet, degree, experience etc.
5. Last date and time of receipt of application form at the office of the
Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Sadiq Road,
Faridkot 22.8.2014 upto 05.00 PM.
6 The applications received without a valid bank draft or without legible copies
of documents or apparently containing incomplete information and those
received after prescribed date & time will be summarily rejected.
7 Applicant must possess the requisite qualification by the last date of receipt of
application.
8 Candidates already in service must route their application Through Proper
Channel.
9 Separate application/proforma may be used for each post.
10 Preference will be given to the candidates serving in the Baba Farid University
of Health Sciences, Faridkot on Adhoc basis/ Contract basis.
11. The candidates who have already applied for the post of Deputy Medical
Supdt. against advt.no. 5/14 need not to apply again.
