The Last Date to receive the application forms is 31-03-2014.

• Reservatio benifit will be admissible to the bonafide of Haryana residents of Haryana State and the certificate of SC/BC/ESM/DESM/DFF/PH of Haryana issued by the complaint authority under te latest Govt. instructions will only be accepted.
• Preference will be given to the Candidates having PG dgree/Diploma and Rural Service.
• Waiting list equal to 50% of Total advertised posts will be prepared which shall remain valid for period of 4 months from the date of issue of the first appointment letter.
• The application form, eligibility criteria and other information is available to download on the official website of Haryana Health Department ( http://haryanahealth.nic.in/) or (http://nrhmharyana.org/) The application form needs to be downloaded from the website. Please read the instructions before filling the application form.
• The Last Date to receive the application forms is 31-03-2014. Interviews schedule and roll no. will be informed subsequently through the official web site. Tentative venue of Interview shall be O/o Director General Health Services, Service, Swasthya Bhawan, Sector-6, Panchkula( Haryana).
