NOTICE OF SHORTLISTING TO THE CANDIDATES FOR INTERVIEW FOR THE POST OF DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (PROCUREMENT & WAREHOUSING) (GROUP-A) IN HARYANA STATE COOPERATIVE SUPPLY AND MARKETING FEDERATION LIMITED, HARYANA AGAINST ADVT. NO. 6 (xix).

READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY :- 

It is hereby announced for the general information of the candidates those candidates who have applied for the post of Deputy General Manager (Procurement & Warehousing) (Group-A) In Haryana State Cooperative Supply And Marketing Federation Limited, Haryana Against Advt. No. 6 (xix) published in various newspapers on 25.11.2013.Keeping in view of the large number of applications and as per condition laid down in the advertisement, the Commission has decided to shortlist the candidates for one post of DGM (Procurement & Warehousing) for interview only on the basis of the minimum cut off percentage in degree of Graduate or Post Graduate and in MBA degree with basic knowledge of Computer Programming and MS Office is given as under:-

All the shortlisted candidates with the above mentioned percentage of marks or higher will be called for interview by the Commission. The candidates are advised to read the above mentioned notice carefully and attend the Interview. The schedule for verification/scrutiny-cum-Interview will be commenced with effect from 10.02.2014 to 13.02.2014.

The candidates are informed in advance to prepare themselves for interview and collect the printout of their online application form duly signed alongwith all original documents i.e. degree/diploma from Matriculation onwards/certificate of Computer Programming and MS Office/experience certificate etc. for verification alongwith photocopy of each.

Note 1: Verification/Scrutiny-cum-Interview call letter w.e.f. 05.02.2014 download from the website of http://hpsc.gov.in or www.hpsconline.in Verification/Scrutiny of Documents-cum-Interview call letter will not be sent by post.

Note 2: The eligible candidates will only be interviewed after verification/ scrutiny of documents. No other chance will be given to the absent candidates in any case and no further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

Note 3: No travelling and other expenses will be paid by the Haryana Public Service Commission to the candidates called for verification/ scrutiny of documents-cum-Interview.
