Educational Requirements:  B. Sc. Nursing from any Recognised Statutory University with Three (3) years experience teaching / Bedside Nurse after B. Sc. Nursing.  M.Sc. Nursing desirable / will be preferred.  Women’s Candidate is desirable / will be Preferred.  Knowledge of Computer is essential.  Knowledge of Marathi & English Languages essential.

SNDT Women’s University is the first Women’s university in India as well as in South-East Asia. The University was founded by Maharshi Dr. Dhondo Keshav Karve in 1916 for a noble cause of Women’s Education. The first five women graduated in 1921 from this University. The University Headquarters is in Churchgate Campus, Mumbai and the other two campuses of this University are at Juhu, Mumbai and Karve Road, Pune.

Employment Registration: she must have registered his/her name in any
employment exchange within the state and have a valid registration certificate.
Age Relaxation :
Applicant for each paramedical category should have above 18 & betow 32 years
except - Mo-sNcu, DHH, Malkangiri, Mo-srD clinic, DHH, Malkangiri, Laboratory
Technician age mentioned against each category. For sc, sr & sEBc 5 year
relaxation over & above 32 Years age, for Physicat Disability, Ex-Sports person, Exserviceman
category 10 Year Relaxation over and above 32 years age.
Explanation-l: A women who comes under more than one category shall be eligible
for only one benefit of relaxation which shall be considered most beneficial to her.
Explanation-ll: women candidate belonging to ST, SC or SEBC Category is eligible for
relaxation of upper age limit by 5 year as women and 5 years as sr, sc or sEBC, in
such case, she shall be eligible only for 5 years of age relaxation. But a women
candidate who is a person with disabilities is eligible for relaxation of upper age limit
by 10 years as person with disabilities, in such case she shall be eligible only for L0
years of age relaxation, which is considered more beneficial to her.
Knowledge in odia: she must be able to read, write and speak odia and havea)
Passed Matriculation School Examination with Odia as a language subject: or
b) Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as medium of
examination in non-language subject: or
c) Passed in Odia as language subject in the final examination of call-Vll from a
school or educational institution recognized by the Government of Odisha or the
Central Government: or
d) Passed a test in Odia in Middle English School Standard conducted by the School
and Mass Education Department.
