Educational Requirements: An MBBS qualification recognized by Medical Council of India included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part II of the third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

Qualifications: Post Graduate degree/Diploma in the concerned speciality mentioned in Section-A or Section-B in the Schedule-VI i.e., M.D (Paediatrics), Diploma Paediatrics D.C.H. or equivalent.

Experience Requirements: Three years’ experience in the concerned speciality (i.e., Paediatrics) after requisite post graduate degree or 5 years’ experience after obtaining Post-graduate diploma.

 Essential Qualifications 
i) Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or I.C W.A. of India or equivalent.
ii) About 5 years experience of dealing with costing and financial problems of which 3 years should be in a Responsible capacity in Govt.or Semi-Govt.offices or a commercial firm.

About 5 years’ experience means that it should not be less than 4 years and 6 months. 

Responsible capacity means to examine/report on the working of the uneconomic units in the textile industry and evolve measures to bring such units to an economic level and to monitor various schemes of Central Govt. for Technology Up-gradation and attracting investments in Textile Industry from time to time.
 i) Degree of a recognized University or Degree in Textile Manufacture/Textile Technology of a recognized University or equivalent. 

ii) Previous experience of dealing with problems of textile industry in a Govt. or Semi Govt. office or commercial firm.
