Educational Requirements: Post Graduate degree in Chemistry with specialisation in Physical Chemistry from a recognised University or equivalent.

Qualifications: Doctorate in Physical Chemistry from a recognised university or equivalent

Experience Requirements: Three years research/practical experience in Physical Chemistry/teaching experience at degree level in Physical Chemistry.

 A. EDUCTIONAL 
I. Degree in Science/Engineering with 
(i) Associateship in Sugar Technology awarded by National Sugar Institute, Kanpur OR (ii) Post Graduate Diploma in Sugar Technology from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent
B. EXPERIENCE 
Five years experience of Teaching /Research/Advisory experience in the field of Sugar Technology or five years practical experience of working in a sugar factory in a supervisory/managerial capacity. 
Note 1 Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
