Appointments:
The Institute needs to fill-up the following positions on regular basis:
a) Professor: A person having a Ph. D degree in the relevant field and must have served
as Professor/ Associate Professor for at least four years in reputed Institutes, has to
his/her credit a sufficiently good number of publications in esteemed journals, R &
D/projects, consultancy, conferences and seminars or workshop and a proven record of at
least one Ph. D guidance.
b) Associate Professor: A candidate must have a Ph. D degree in the relevant field, and
must have served as an Assistant Professor for at least four years with good publication
record.
c) Assistant Professor: A candidate must have an M. Tech. / M.S. degree in
Engineering/ Ph.D. in Science in the relevant field with first-class at the Bachelor’s
degree level, with at least two years of teaching/ research/ industry experience.
(The Essential Qualifications and experience for all the above positions may be relaxed
for meritorious and deserving candidates).
d) Training & Placement Officer-(1): A candidate must have a degree in Engineering
with specialization, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology or
Computer Science from a reputed institute. MBA degree in Human Resource from a
reputed institute would be preferred. Experience of minimum five years in a similar
role in academic institute is desirable.
e) Library Assistant - (1):
Essential qualifications and experience:
• M. Lib Sc. Degree (Regular Course) with minimum 60% aggregate or equivalent.
• Computer Application course of minimum 1 year /PGDLAN/PGDCA.
• 2 years work experience in a reputed Library or in the field of Library & Information
Science.
