Educational Requirements: M.Sc. in Agriculture/ Geology/ Geophysics/ Forestry/ Geography/ Hydrology/ RS & GIS/ Geo-informatics with first class (ii) M. Tech. in Geo-informatics/ Remote Sensing&GIS with first class (iii) M.Sc.(Engg.) in Agriculture/ Water Resource/ Hydrology with first class (iv) B.Sc.(Engg.) in Agriculture/ Water Resource/ Hydrology with first class (v) BE/B.Tech. in Water Resource Engineering with first class.
Qualifications: Proficiency in Image processing software (ERDAS, ENVI, etc.) & GIS Software (ARCGIS, MapInfo etc.).
Experience Requirements: Minimum three years working experience in the field of Remote Sensing & GIS Applications.

Important Documents :
• Applications should be accompanied with attested true copies of the
(i) Mark sheets of SSC, Intermediate, Graduation, Post Graduation, Diploma, and any other documents related with qualification as desired against each post.
(ii) Work experience Certificate
(iii)Certificate of Matric as proof of date of birth
(iv) Caste Certificate issued by competent authority.
(v) Residential proof Certificate by competent authority.
(vi) Two recent passport size photographs (without goggles).
• Candidates will have to produce original copies of the annexed documents at the time of interview.
• Applications without the requisite information in the prescribed format without signature/without photograph/without attested true copies of the testimonials and mark sheets/without enclosures and incomplete, and those received after due date shall be rejected. The JSAC will not be responsible for any postal delay and no consideration will be made.
• Mere fulfillment of the qualitative requirements of the post will not entail a candidate to be called for interview.
• NO INTERIM QUERIES regarding test/interview/ selection will be entertained.
• The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can register their application only through ON-LINE mode. The On-line registration of applications will be available on website of JSAC http://jsac.jharkhand.gov.in from 10:00AM 05.09.2013 to 5:00 P.M 15.09.2013.

• The applicants applying in response to this advertisement should satisfy themselves regarding their eligibility for the aforesaid post and must fulfill all the eligibility criteria on or before 31.07.2013, failing which their application will be rejected.
• The On-line Registration will be terminated by 05:00 PM on 15.09.2013. The candidature of such applicants who fail to complete the online registration by the stipulated date and time will not be considered and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
Terms and conditions:-
• The candidate must be Citizen of India.
• Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification.
• He/She is expected to conform to the rules of conduct and discipline as applicable to the Center employees.
• The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
• In case any information given or declaration by the candidate is found to be false or if the candidate has willfully suppressed any material information relevant to his appointment, he/she will be liable to be removed from the service and any action taken as deemed fit by the appointing authority.
• The decision of the competent authority regarding selection of candidates will be final and no representation will be entertained in this regard.
• Candidates already in service must submit their applications (hard copy/print out) through proper channel along with No objection Certificate.
• All disputes will be subject to jurisdictions of Court of Law at Ranchi.
