It is requested that application in the prescribed proforma (Annexure I) duly signed by the applicant alongwith Annual Confidential Reports for the preceding five years’ duly attested by a Gazetted Officer alongwith vigilance clearance, integrity certificate, statement of minor/major penalty, if any, imposed on the officer during the service may be sent through proper channel for the post of Deputy Inspector General and Evaluation and Monitoring Assistant to the Member Secretary, Central Zoo Authority, Bikaner House, Annexe – VI, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi - 110011 latest by 30.09.2013.
Candidate may apply for the post Evaluation and Monitoring Assistant for direct recruitment only in the prescribed format (Annexure II) accompanied by Passport size photograph and attested of copies testimonials latest by 30.09.2013. General instruction
1. The officers/officials selected may be posted at CZA Hqrs, New Delhi or any of the regional offices at Jaipur, Nagpur, Hyderbad, Guwahati. The officers may also be transferred from one office to another depending on administrative exigencies.
2 The name of the post applied for may be written in bold letters on the top of the envelope and the bio-data.
3. Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/Department of Central/State Government shall not ordinarily exceed five years for the post of the Deputy Inspector General and three years for the post of the Evaluation and Monitoring Assistant.
4. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract) shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications.
5. The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly deputationist shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.
6. The deputation rules, regulations and provisions as issued from time to time by DoPT shall be applicable.
7. Applications received after the last date and incomplete applications will not be considered.
