• How To Apply:  Applications on plain paper from citizens of India are invited for two posts of Sr. Administrative Officer on deputation basis in the Central Pay Scale of Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.6600 (Pay Band-3) with the following specifications:-
• Eligibility/ experience: PCS/HCS or HPAS Officers

Period of Deputation: Period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years.

The application duly filled by the applicant may be sent to the Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh through his/her Head of the department/ Institution/Organisation by 26.08.2013 alongwith the ACRs for the last five years and a certificate to the effect that no departmental/disciplinary proceedings are pending/being contemplated against the Officer.  The candidates desirous to apply are advised to submit one advance copy directly to the Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh so as to avoid delay in submission of applications.

Incomplete applications and the applications received after due date will be summarily rejected.

This is with reference to Advt. No. PGI/RC/016/2013, appeared in PGI websitewww.pgimer.nic.in as well as in the newspapers on 16.06.2013, the number of posts of Pharmacist Gd.-II under UR category may be read as UR-08 instead of UR-06.  Further, the application forms for the posts of Assistant Purchase Officer, Pharmacist Grade-II and Library Attendant Grade-II will be available on PGI website till 17.07.2013 (2359 hours) and the last date of receipt of application/update of the Challan Receipt is extended upto 20.07.2013. 

The other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.
