JOB KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT
Ensure compliance of various provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, guidelines on Corporate Governance and other corporate Laws line SEBI Act, Competition Act, FEMA, Consumer Protection Act, RTI etc. relating to the company. ii) Convene Board meetings, & other committee meetings, Annual General Meetings etc., including preparation of agenda, minutes, co-ordination etc. iii) Maintain books, registers, records etc. as per the applicable laws including filing of forms, returns etc, with MCA, RBI, DPE etc. iv) Advise management on the implications of various legislations in formulating its long term plans and take action for implementing the company’s corporate policies and procedures related to business operations. v) Liaise/follow-up with various Government Departments to ensure statutory compliance etc. The incumbent must be capable of handling legal matters independently.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
  • Qualification should be full time & from recognized University/Institute.
  • All candidates should have basic knowledge of working in Computers, MS Office and relevant specialized software.
  • PDIL reserves the right to cancel/restrict/enlarge/modify/alter the requirements/recruitment process advertised, if need so arise, without issuing any further notice or assigning any reason thereto.

  • Any legal proceedings in respect of of any matter claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and/or an application in response thereto can be instituted only in Gautam Budh Nagar and courts/forums at Gautam Budh Nagar only shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to try any such cause/dispute.
  • Besides the above pay scales other facilities such as Leave Encashment, Contributory PF, Cell Phone bill reimbursement, Medical reimbursement for Indoor Treatment, Gratuity, and Insurance etc. will be admissible as per Company Rules.
  • Government guidelines with regard to PWD candidates shall be applicable. f the PH certificate has been issued in a language other than English/Hindi, the candidates will be required to submit a self certified translated copy of the same either in English or Hindi.
  • PDIL shall not be responsible for any loss of registration slip / communication letters sent, due to invalid / wrong e-mail-id / wrong postal address/postal delays/loss in transit etc.
  • Candidates against whom a criminal case is pending in a court of law need not apply.
  • TA – The candidates who will be attending the Interview, he/she will be reimbursed to and fro journey IIIrd AC (including Rajdhani) (by Rail fare)  by the shortest route (within India) subject to production of copy of the tickets.  
  • Candidates employed in Govt.Departments /PSUs/Autonomous Bodies apply online and a copy of the same may be forwarded through proper channel OR produce NOC at the time of Interview.
  • Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

HOW TO APPLY(Method of Application Submission)

Eligible candidates have to apply through online registration system of PDIL website i.e. www.pdilin.com..Online submission of the   applications will be allowed on the website between 7th to 28th August, 2013.   No other means / mode of applications shall be accepted.

While applying online, candidate should ensure the following :
  • Email ID ( which must be valid for at least one year from the date of application).
  • The Online registration site will remain open from 7th August to 28th August, 2013.
  • While applying  on-line candidates are required to make online payment of Rs.300/- for General & OBC  and Rs.150/- for SC/ST through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/Bank Transfer.

STEP 1:      Visit www.pdilin.com website
STEP 2:      Click on "Careers" and then click on "RECRUITMENT FOR COMPANY SECRETARY & LEGAL OFFICER"
STEP 3:     View the full Advertisement Details and read the instructions and terms and conditions carefully  before applying.
STEP 4:      Click on  "I Accept" and then click on "Apply Online" to fill the Application Form.
STEP 5:   Candidate should keep the scanned copy of their passport size colour photograph in .jpg/.jpeg format of not more than 75 KB size and their signature in .jpg/.jpeg format of not more than 25 KB size.  All SC, ST and Person with Disabilities need to upload their caste certificate and disability certificates also of not more than 500 KB each in .jpg/.jpeg format
STEP 6:     After you fill the Application form, click on "SAVE" to save the data entered.
STEP 7:      Click on "Pay Online" to pay the application fee through the online payment gateway.  After paying the application fee, the Registration Slip will be generated.
STEP 8:     Click on "Print" button to print the Registration Slip which will be required at the time of Personal Interview, if shortlisted.
