1. COMPANY SECRETARY-(one post)
Scale of Pay: G-12 on 40640-1000-48640-1100-57440 (With Dearness Allowance at State Government Rates)
Qualification & Experience:- A first class degree from a University recognised by Government/ KPSC. Associate membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. CA/ICWA Intermediate pass desirable. Five years post qualification experience as Company Secretary after obtaining Associate Membership.
Age limit:- 40 years [relaxable at the discretion of management for deserving candidates] with usual relaxation as per rules to SC/ST and other eligible communities.
2. ASSISTANT MANAGER (MARKETING) – (Three posts)
Scale of pay:- G-9 on Rs. 22360-560-24040-620-27140-680-29860-750-32860-820-36140-900-37940 (With Dearness Allowance at State Govt. rates.)
Qualification & Experience:- B. Tech in Agricultural/ Mechanical/Automobile Engineering from a recognised University with minimum 60% marks with M.B.A specialised in Marketing and minimum three years experience, out of which two years experience in Marketing
Age limit:- 40 years, with usual relaxation as per rules to SC/ST and other eligible communities.

3. ASSISTANT MANAGER (MATERIALS) – (one post)

4. ASSISTANT MANAGER ( R & D ) - (one post)

Qualification & Experience:- B.Tech in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering from a recognised University with minimum 60% marks. M Tech desirable. Minimum three years experience, out of which two years experience in design activities.
Age limit:- 40 years, with usual relaxation as per rules to SC/ST and other eligible communities.
5. PERSONAL SECRETARY - (one post)
Scale of pay:- G-9 on Rs. 22360-560-24040-620-27140-680-29860-750-32860-820-36140-900-37940 (With Dearness Allowance at State Govt. rates.)
Qualification & Experience:- Degree from a recognised University. Diploma in Commercial Practice ( DCP) /equivalent. Written and oral Communication skill in English with knowledge of computer word processing and typing English & Malayalam. 3 years experience in similar capacity
Age limit:- 40 years, with usual relaxation as per rules to SC/ST and other eligible communities.
Incumbents will be eligible for H.R.A., Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Reimbursement, Production incentive and leave as per Company rules.
