Age Limit: Candidates Age must be between 21 to 40 years for Assistant Engineers, 18 to 40 years for Junior Engineers. Age Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have minimum 60% marks in B.Tech/ B.E (Electrical Branch) for Assistant Engineer posts, Diploma in Civil/ Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from any Recognized University/ Board for Junior Engineer posts.
Application Fee: Candidate has to pay Rs. 1000/- for General, Rs.500/- for SC/ ST candidates through Challan/ Online Debit/ Credit card/ Punjab National Net Banking.
How to Apply: Interested candidates apply through online website www.upavp.com from 17-08-2013 to 06-09-2013.

1. Candidate should give valid Email id.
2. Candidates have to scan their photo and signature.
3. Log on in to website www.upavp.com access the home page and select the “Candidate Registration” link.
4. Select the ‘Apply’ link and click on it.
5. Select the ‘Candidate Registration’ link besides the desired post to be applied for.
6. Make payment using payment challan/ Credit/ Debit card through Punjab National Bank and revisit website
7. Fill all mandatory details including fee payment details, upload your photograph and signature at the places provided.
8. Select Submit Application Form and take print out of application form and retain it for further use.
