Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Bio-medical / engineering from recognized University.

Qualifications: MBA (Human Resource Management), Good IT skills for data base management (MS Access, RDBMS, etc.) and MS Office.

Experience Requirements: 5+ yrs. experience in refrigeration and air conditioning sector.
