SSC CSOLs 2013:Staff Selection Commission will announced a Combined All India Open Examination (Junior Translators in (CSOLs) Examination 2013) on 15 December 2013 for recruitment to the posts of Junior Translators in (CSOLS) . Vacancies: various Based on Course 

Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – 34800/-

Age Limit: 30 years as on 01.08.2013

Selection Process: Written Examination – 400 Marks & Personality Test (Interview) – 100 Marks

Note: There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Paper-I.

Educational Qualification: sss.nic.in

(I) (a) Master’s Degree or equivalent in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level OR

(b ) Master’s Degree or equivalent in any subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi or English medium and English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level OR

( c) Master’s Degree or equivalent in any subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject or either of the two as medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level;

AND

(II) Recognized Diploma or certificate Course in Translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa OR Two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central or State Government Offices including Government of India Undertakings.
