Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS)Website: www.ibps.in has recently published The next Common Written Examination for RRBs (RRBs Group-“A”-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group be conducted online by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) tentativ September/ October 2013.
This system of Common Examination for recruitment of Officers and Office Assistants
(Multipurpose) has been approved by the Government of India, notified by NABARD and has the mandate of each of the RRBs.
IBPS, an autonomous body registered under Societies Registration Act 1860 and a Public Trust under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950, has been authorised to conduct the Common Written Examination, and the participating RRBs are as under.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (as on 01-07-2013):
Qualification:Candidates should possess a Graduation Degree from a recognized university with proficiency in local language and knowledge of computer skills.
Age Details: (As on date 01-07-2013)
1. Officer Scale- III: Above 21 - Below 40 years
2. Officer Scale- II: Above 21 - Below 32 years
3. Officer Scale- I: Above 18 years - Below 28 years
4. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Between 18 to 28 years.
5. Age relaxation of 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for PWD and 5 years for the Ex-serviceman.
Application Fee:
1. General & OBC Applicants are required to pay fee Rs.600/-
2. SC/ ST/PWD Applicants are required to pay fee Rs.100/-
How to Apply:
Eligible and Interested Candidates are required to fill IBPS RRB online application form on its official website www.ibps.in. After online submission applicants should tack a printout of their form for future use

Opening Date for Online Registration: 04-07-2013.
Last Date for Online Registration: 25-07-2013.
Online Payment of Application Fees: 04-07-2013 to 25-07-2013
Offline Payment of Application Fees: 06-07-2013 to 30-07-2013
Date for Online Examination for Officers: 21-09-2013 to 22-09-2013
Date for Online Examination for Office Assistant: 28-09-2013/ 29-09-2013/ 05-10-2013/ 06-10-2013
Date for declaration of Results: 05-11-2013.
