Applications are invited for one post of ‘Project Fellow’ under the UGC funded Major research
project entitled ‘Exploitation of Microorganisms for Production of Chitin deacetylase’. The
duration of the project is two years. Interested candidates should report for interview in the
office of the Chairperson, Department of Microbiology, K.U., Kurukshetra at 10.00 A.M. on
27th August, 2013 along with their bio-data and original documents. No TA/DA will be paid for
attending the interview. No separate letter will be issued for the interview. The candidates can
send their CV through e-mail up to 21st August, 2013.
Essential qualifications: M.Sc. in Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ with at least
55% marks
Desirable qualifications: Research experience in handling microorganisms.
Salary: Fixed @14000/- p.m. and co- terminus with the project.
