Educational Requirements: (i) Good academic record with at least 55% marks or, an equivalent grade of B in the 7 point scale with latter grades O,A,B,C,D,E & F at Acharya / Master's degree level, in the relevant subject from an Indian University or, an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. (ii) Besides fulfilling the above-mentioned qualifications, candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET. *(iii) Notwithstanding anything contained in afore-mentioned clauses (i) and (ii) of Clause 4.4.1 of the Regulation, candidate, who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Universities. (iv) NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted.

Experience Requirements: Five years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs.6000 and above with experience in relevant field in educational institution OR Comparable status and experience in the relevant field in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education

form should be submitted for each post. The PH candidates may get the application forms free of cost on
production of documentary proof. Those candidates who have already applied for the teaching posts in
response to the advertisement No.1/2011 & 2/2011 need not submit demand draft. However, they have to
apply afresh on the prescribed application form indicating therein the name of the bank, date and number of
the demand draft enclosed with their application. Vacancies are likely to increase or decrease according to
