HBSE Has announce a notification for D.Ed. Internship JBT Internship 2013 | JBTDED internship 2013-2014 notification for all require candidates . 



This test for Those candidates who want to be Primery School teacher in Haryana . HBSE has also annouced cousnling shedule for D.Ed intership 2013. and all list are divide by school vise , Candidates has must need read out all notification guidelines for it .




Instructions to Select Options Online for Allotment of Schools


Step : 1
1. Fill in the required information i.e. 3rd Semester Roll No., Enrolment No., Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name and Mobile No. Make note that the information must be as per given on 1st Semester DMC except Roll No. Fill in your Date of Birth as per Matriculation Certificate.
2. Click “Login”
3. If the filled in information does not match the backup data, “Invalid Login Detail” message shall be displayed. Click “OK” and re-enter the required information. If information matches backup data, candidate’s full information including photograph shall be displayed on the screen.
Step : 2
1. Click “Click To Select Options” button to select your options.
2. “Select Options” page shall be displayed on the screen.
Step : 3
In case of Female Candidate:
1. Select District
2. Select Block
3. Select Yes or No for Pregnancy / Delivery Case
4. If Yes selected, follow the instructions given under heading “Physically Challenged (Male & Female) / Pregnancy / Delivery cases.”
5. If No selected, select atleast 20 schools from the list available in the box given below on the screen. Make note that selecting atleast 20 schools is mandatory.
6. After selecting the schools, click “Preview” to view your selected options and other details. “Preview of Options” page shall be displayed on the screen.
In case of Physically Challenged (Male & Female) / Pregnancy / Delivery Candidate:
1. Select District
2. Select Block

3. Select at least 5 schools from the list available in the box given below on the screen. Make note that selecting atleast 5 schools is mandatory. Also make note that if you are selecting options under these categories, you are required to produce relevant documents before concerned B.E.E.O. while getting allotment letter countersigned failing which, necessary action shall be taken against you.
4. After selecting the schools, click “Preview” to view your selected options and other details. “Preview of Options” page shall be displayed on the screen.
In case of Male:
1. Select District
2. Select atleast 2 Blocks from the list available in the box given below on the screen. Make note that selecting atleast 2 blocks is mandatory.
3. After selecting the Blocks, if you want to change your options, click “Reset District” and change you options. If you are satisfied with your selections, click “Submit”. “Your Options Have Successfully Submitted” Page shall be displayed on your screen. Click “Print” to take a printout of the page. You are required to produce a copy of this printout to your college so that you may be allowed to appear in 4th semester examination.
4. If you wish to give options of schools, you are required to login again on 13-08-13 after 12:00 P.M. till 14-08-13, 12:00 midnight. Make note that you shall be able to select only those schools where seats are lying vacant after allotting schools to Physically Challenged (Male & Female) / Pregnancy/Delivery / Female candidates.
Step : 4 For Physically Challenged (Male & Female) / Pregnancy/Delivery / Female candidates. (Males are not required to attempt this step)
1. If you are not satisfied with your choices, click “Reset Your Options” and reset your options and follow the instructions as given under Step – 3.
2. If you are satisfied with your choices, click “Submit Your Options”
3. “Your Options Have Successfully Submitted” page shall be displayed on the screen.
4. Click on “Print” to take a printout of the page. You are required to produce a copy of this printout to your college so that you may be allowed to appear in 4th semester examination.
Allotment Letter:
1. Pupil-Teachers shall be able to download their Allotment Letters and other related documents from 17-8-2013 onwards.
2. Pupil-Teachers are required to get their Allotment Letters counter signed from concerned B.E.E.O. from 03-9-2013 to 07-9-2013.
3. Pupil-Teachers are required to report in allotted schools on 09-09-2013.
