Note Where there is shortage of Senior Residents/Demonstrators and eligible candidates are not
available, the candidates who have completed one tenure of three years can be considered for a
second tenure.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The candidates who are already in Govt./Semi-Govt./Corporation/Autonomous Body Service or doing PG
Course/House Job should apply through proper channel. They should submit advance copy on the prescribed
application form, duly filled in, direct to the Assistant Registrar, Recruitment n & Establishment Cell, UHS, Rohtak
before the closing date to avoid delay. The through proper channel application form duly filled must reach through
their employer to the Asstt.Registrar, Rectt. & Estt. Cell, UHS, Rohtak within 15 days after the closing date. In case
where the application form sent direct has not been received through proper channel , the candidate will be
interviewed only after he produces the ‘No Objection Certificate’ from his employer at the time of interview.
2. Age:
i) For Category I ,II : Not less than 22 years or not more than 40 years.
ii) The benefit of reservation including the benefit of relaxation in upper age limit in respect of candidates
belonging to SC/ST, BC, ESM etc. will be as per Haryana Govt. instructions issued from time to time and
is restricted to Haryana domiciles only.
3. The selected candidates should be prepared to join immediately.
4. Duration: The duration/tenure of the above posts is for a maximum period of three years only.
5. INSTRUCTIONS:
i) The qualifications , experience, age etc. will be counted upto the last date of receipt of
application/closing date..
ii) Number of posts are liable to increase or decrease on either way, including complete
withdrawal
iii) The applications received after the closing date will not be considered.
iv) The candidates who wish to apply for more than one specialities, they should submit separate
application form for each speciality
v) Adequate knowledge of Hindi is essential.
vi) The abbreviation GC stands for General Category, SC/ST for Scheduled Castes/Tribes, BC
for Backward Classes, PH for Physically Handicapped and E.S.M. for Ex-serviceman, EBP
for Economically Backward Person in General Category and SBC for Special Backward
Classes.
vii) Attested copies of all the required/ following certificates should be attached with the
application form :-
a) Marks-sheet of all professional examinations passed.
b) Certificates of attempts in professional examinations.
c) PG Degree Certificate/Diploma Certificate indicating the date of joining of PG
Degree/Diploma, completion of PG degree and passing of PG Degree/Diploma.
d) Experience, if any.
e) Proof of Research Publications/ Acceptance of Research Papers in National/ International
Journals mentioning ISSN No.
f) Certificates of extra-curricular activities/ Participation i.e. Games, Athletics, College
Colour/Photography activities, NCC etc. during the career of Medical Institution.
g) Blood Donation Certificate, if any.
h) Proof of date of birth.
i) Other relevant certificates, if any
viii) Submission of incomplete application forms or those wrongly filled in, will be liable to
straightway rejection.
ix) No separate interview letter will be sent.
