The General Information/Conditions related to the Advertisement dated July 24, 2013

1. This website of the Institute is being updated periodically on the status of the positions.

2. An advertisement will be placed in national newspapers and for status of the position, no separate advertisement will be made. The relevant hyperlink provides information related to educational qualification/age and experience.

3. Based on the candidates’ suitability, the positions will be either on regular scale of pay or contractual basis (consolidated monthly emoluments).

4. Candidates not found suitable for the position applied for, may be considered for a lower position at the time of interview. However, the Institute reserves the right whether to consider or not.

5. The Institute reserves the right not to select any position without assigning any reason.

6. Employees currently working in Central/State Government organizations/PSUs/ autonomous may apply on deputation basis.

7. Retired employees from central or state government or autonomous bodies may also apply, subject to maximum of 60 years of age.

8. Salary and Emoluments will be commensurate with qualifications, relevant experience and the performance in the interview.

9. Mere fulfilling of the minimum qualifications and experience will not confer any right to the candidates for being called for interview or/and for his/her selection.

10. Merely submitting the application fee will not make any candidate eligible for being called for interview or/and for his/her selection. The application fee once paid will not be refunded at any cost.

11. There will be no application fee for the positions Gym Trainers, Sport Coaches in different games, Physical trainers (Yoga, Power-Yoga, Zumba and Aerobics), Swimming Instructors and Physical Training Instructors.

12. The Institute will communicate only with short-listed candidates.

13. No correspondence will be entertained during the process.

14. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.

15. The Institute shall not be responsible for any postal delay.

16. The Institute requires the selected candidates to join immediately.

17. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

19. Candidates are required to bring the filled-in prescribed format of the application at the time of interview along with the copies of the relevant certificates and the original certificates for verification.

20. Incomplete applications will be rejected summarily.

21. Those who have already applied in response to the Institute’s earlier advertisements, need not apply again.

22. Last date for receiving applications through online registration is August 14, 2013.
