Walk-in-interview
A walk-in-interview will be held on 16 July, 2013 (Tuesday), from 10.00 a.m. onwards in the
Room No. 264, Department of English and Foreign Languages, Tezpur University for the following
purely temporary position in the DIT sponsored project ‘Indian Languages Corpora Initiative (Phase 2).
Positions Salary (per month) in Rupees Minimum qualification and experience
Linguist (01) 20,000/- (Rupees twenty
thousand) only
1. M.A. or equivalent in Language
/Linguistics /Language Technology.
2. Experience in Language Technology.
Candidates should have sound knowledge of Assamese and Hindi.
The selected candidates will be appointed on purely temporary basis for the period of six months which
may be extended for further period depending upon requirement of the Project.
