OFFICE AUTOMATION DIVISION
Application are invited for seven posts in the “Office Automation Division”
Nature of Work: Get valuable hands-on experience in web designing, software developing and
implementing and maintenance of applications for institute automation using PHP, MySQL, Java/JSP,
and related web technologies.
Skills Required:
 Good Knowledge of Moodle using PHP with the Ajax, MySQL, Java, JSP, Servlet, Javascript,
stores procedure and strong programming and other web technologies is essential.
Candidate must be well versed with Apache Server, PHP, and MySQL database handling.
 Must be self-motivated, should be able to work to a schedule, and should have the
determination and sense of responsibility to take the project to successful deployment
stage. Interaction with end-users may be necessary.
 Should have good people skills and should be able to work well in a team environment.
 Must be Sincere, Stable and at least will have long-term association with Office Automation.
 At least 8 years experience in IT-Domain Networking and 3 years experience in LDAP server.
 Preference will be given to candidate having higher working experience in reputed academic
institutions.

Senior Project Associate: Two Posts
Essential Qualification: B.Tech. + 1 years exp. Or M.Sc. + 1 years exp.
Revised Salary Range : Rs. 18000-1800-36000
Deputy Project Manager: One Post
Essential Qualification: CA/ICWA/CS or Post graduate (MBA/MCA/M.Com/M.Sc./M.A.) + 5 years
relevant experience or Graduate (B.Sc./B.A./B.Com/BBA/BCA) + 10 Years relevant experience.
Revised Salary Range: Rs. 16000-1600-32000
Assistant Project Manager: Two Posts
Essential Quaification: Post Graduate (MBA/MCA/M.Com/M.Sc./MA) or Graduate
(B.Sc./BA/B.Com/BBA/BCA) + 3 years relevant experience.
Revised Salary Range: Rs. 11000-1100-22000
Project Assistant: Three Posts
Essential Qualification : Graduate (B.Sc./B.A./B.Com/BBA/BCA). Having a basic knowledge of
computer.
Revised Salary Range: Rs. 9000-900-18000
Salary will depend upon qualification & experience. The positions are purely temporary and can be
further extended on the basis of performance.
