APPOINTMENT OF PROFESSOR IN MANAGEMENT STUDIES
Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT) is a domain specific Institute
which is committed to excellence in the Petroleum and Energy education sector. RGIPT
has been granted the status of an “Institute of National Importance” and is being set up
under the aegis of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (Govt of India).
RGIPT imparts the technical education in Petroleum and Chemical Engineering at
Rae Bareli (UP). The MBA education in Petroleum and Energy Management is
conducted at Noida. Applications are invited from highly motivated, mature
professionals for the post of Professor, with strong commitment to high quality teaching
and research in Management Studies. The incumbent will lead the School of Petroleum
and Energy Management at Noida.
The applicants should fulfill the following criterion:-
1. Must possess a PhD in Management or allied sciences with First Class or
equivalent from an Institution of repute with very good academic record.
2. Should preferably be around 45-50 years of age having minimum experience of
10-15 years in academics / industry with proven track record in administration,
teaching and research.
3. The incumbent will be appointed in PB-4 (Rs.37400-67000) with AGP of
Rs.10,500/- per month and other allowances, applicable to Centrally Funded
Technical Institutions as per 6th Central Pay Commission.

photograph and furnishing complete Curriculum Vitae with detailed education
and professional qualifications, experience and relevant supporting may please be
