Educational Requirements: Master’s degree in Agricultural Engg (Farm Machinery and Power / Agricultural process Engg.) / Mechanical / Production Engg./ Food Tech. from a recognized university with 60% marks or equivalent.

Terms and conditions and instructions to candidates
1. The positions of BPD Manger/ Research Associate/Senior Research Fellow/ Office Assistant
are purely time bound/non-regular temporary/contractual engagement and co-terminus with the
concerned project. The selected candidate will have no right what so ever for
absorption/regularization in the institute vacancies / services.
2. The period and duration of the project indicated is up to March 31, 2014 (subject to
performance evaluation), and may be extended. The initial offer will be up to March 31, 2014 or
co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier.
3. MAXIMUM AGE LIMITS :
For BPD Manager & Research Associate : 40 yrs. for Men
45 yrs. for Women
For Sr. Research Fellow & Office Assistant : 35 yrs. for Men
40 yrs. for Women
(Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC and PH as per Government of India Rules)
4. Interested candidates can submit their biodata by 20/07/2013 and should bring the following

9. Candidates reporting after given time for interview will not be considered for the Walk-In-
Interviews.
10. The Interview-Process may involve a written test and is likely to continue up to late hours in
the day. Candidates may plan accordingly.

proceeding for attending the interview. Any change in the programme of walk- in interview dates
will only be notified on Institute web site.
12. The decision of Director, CIPHET / PI-BPD would be final and binding in all aspects.
