Educational Requirements: i) Ph.D. in any discipline of Agricultural Science/ Agricultural Engg./Home Science ii) Master’s degree in any discipline of Agricultural Science/ Agricultural Engg./Home Science. iii) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of Agricultural Science/ Agricultural Engg./Home Science.
Experience Requirements: Twelve years experience in extension/ teaching/research in Agricultural Science in a College/Institution out of which at least 5 years must be as Professor/equivalent which should include experience in extension education work.

Applications from the eligible candidates are invited for the following posts on the prescribed form (alongwith detailed qualifications, experience requirements & other relevant information) obtainable from the office of Registrar, PAU, Ludhiana on any working day from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. in cash at the counter by 13.08.2013 for posts at Sr.No.1 to 9. The application forms for posts at.Sr.No.1 to 9 can also be obtained by post from the office of the Registrar, PAU, Ludhiana by sending requisite cost of the application form in the shape of bank draft in favour of the Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana payable at Ludhiana alongwith self addressed envelope (28x12 cms) bearing postage stamps of Rs.45/- by 03.08.2013. The duly completed application forms for the posts at Sr.No.1 to 9 with prescribed fee (as mentioned below against each post) in the shape of Bank Draft payable at Ludhiana in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana should reach in the office of Registrar, PAU, Ludhiana by 13.08.2013.
The application forms for the post of Farm Manager (Sr. No.10) and Programme Assistant (Lab. Technicial) (Sr.No.11) and, may be obtained from the Directorate of Extension Education , PAU, Ludhiana on any working day from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. in cash at the counter by 13.08.2013 and can also be obtained by post by sending requisite cost of the application form in the shape of bank draft in favour of the Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana payable at Ludhiana alongwith self addressed envelope (28x12 cms) bearing postage stamps of Rs.45/- by 03.08.2013 from the Directorate of Extension Education, PAU, Ludhiana. The duly completed applications for the post at Sr.No.10 & 11 alongwith the prescribed application fee (as mentioned below against the post) in the shape of Bank Draft should reach in the Directorate of Extension Education, PAU, Ludhiana by 13.08.2013.
The application forms for the post of Junior Microscopist (Sr.No.12) may be obtained from the Dean, College of Agriculture, PAU, Ludhiana on any working day from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. in cash at the counter by 13.08.2013 and can also be obtained by post by sending requisite cost of the application form in the shape of bank draft in favour of the Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana payable at Ludhiana alongwith self addressed envelope (28x12 cms) bearing postage stamps of Rs.45/- by - 03.08.2013 from the Dean, College of Agriculture, PAU, Ludhiana. The duly completed applications for the post at Sr.No.12 alongwith the prescribed application fee (as mentioned below against the post) in the shape of Bank Draft should reach in office of the Dean, College of Agriculture, PAU, Ludhiana by 13.08.2013.
