Educational Requirements: BSc ( Agriculture / Horticulture/ Forestry) from a recognized Indian university with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates). Only full time regular courses will be considered.
Qualifications: BSc. (Botany) with 2 years full time MBA from a recognized Indian University having scored minimum 60% marks for both graduation and post graduation (55% for SC/ST candidates)

General Informations and Conditions:
1. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
2. The candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria and other norms mentioned in the advertisement.
3. Persons employed with Government or Semi-government Organisation /Public Sector Undertakings should submit their application through proper channel / submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview, failing which they will not be considered to attend the interview.
4. Candidates desiring to be considered against the quota reserved for OBC should have in their possession a recent certificate from the Tahsildar or other competent authority approved by the Govt. of India certifying that they do not belong to the “creamy layer” of the OBC community.
5. Physically challenged candidates should posses’ latest medical certificate indicating their percentage of disability issued by an authorized Medical Board constituted by the Government of India/State Government.
6. Application with incomplete information and/or not accompanied with attested copies of certificates/mark lists/ testimonials regarding age, qualifications, disability certificate if any, and caste/community certificates are liable to be rejected.
7. All correspondence with the candidates shall be done through email, or announcement on the HNL website only. Candidates should mention their e-mail address in the application.
8. HNL reserves the right to cancel / restrict / modify / alter the recruitment process, if need so arises without issuing any further notice or assigning any reasons thereof.

Relaxations/ Concessions for SC/ST/OBC candidates applying against reserved posts:
In the case of SC/ST candidates applying for reserved posts, age is relaxable by five years and qualification to 55% marks in the qualifying examination.
In the case of OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates, age alone will be relaxable by three years.
Relaxation of age by ten years will be applicable to Persons with disabilities.
Ex-Servicemen will be given relaxation in age as per GOI guidelines.
SC/ST/OBC candidates meeting the requirements prescribed for general category candidates shall be considered against the unreserved vacancies also.
