Applications on plain paper are invited from the interested candidates for the positions in the
ICSSR funded Major project titled ‘Agricultural Constraints in Cold Desert Region Zanskar
(Ladakh), Jammu and Kashmir’as per the following details.
01. JRF (One) @ Rs 16000 p.m. (NET) Or Rs. @ 14000 P.M. (Non-NET)
Qualification: The candidate should hold a master’s degree (M.Sc) from a recognized University
in Geography, Remote Sensing and GIS or allied fields with at least 55% marks. Preference will
be given to the candidates who have already worked in research projects.
02. Research Assistant (One) @ RS. 8500 p.m.
Qualification:The candidate should hold a master’s degree (M.Sc / M.A) from a recognized
University in Geography, Remote Sensing and GIS or allied fields with at least 55% marks.
03. Field Assistant (One) @ 6000 pm
Qualification: The candidate should have passed 10+2 or higher degree.
