The Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management - Kerala is set up in 2000 by the Government of Kerala to be the state's premier institute in teaching and research of Information Technology and related disciplines. The Institute offers post graduate programmes using state-of-the-art IT support and infrastructure. The following temporary posts are required to support LRIS and Information Security Projects of the Institute.
1. Project Associate (LRIS) – 1 post.
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. or M.Tech in GIS\Geoinformatics\Computational Sciences
Desirable: Working Knowledge in RDBMS, GIS and Web GIS (MySQL, ArcGIS and MapGuide Open). Good written & communication skills. Students awaiting their final results can also apply. Remuneration will be based on test and interview. Age : 30 yrs
2. Project Associate (LRIS) – 1 posts.
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc in Geography\Geology\Environmental Science\Computational Sciences
Desirable: Working Knowledge in spatial data management in ArcGIS, familiarity in spatial data collection, Good written & communication skills. Students awaiting their final results can also apply. Remuneration will be based on test and interview. Age : 30 yrs
3. Project Associate (E-GIS) – 2 posts.
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in GIS\Geoinformatics\Computational Sciences
Desirable: Working Knowledge in spatial data management in ArcGIS. Good written & communication skills. Students awaiting their final results can also apply. Remuneration will be based on test and interview. Age : 30 yrs
