1. System Manager (Rs.15600-39100)(Grade Pay Rs.7600):Master’s degree in Science in Mathematics/Physics (with computer related course) OR Master’s degree in Computer Applications and Doctorate degree in related computer science subject with published research work and atleast five years relevant experience of teaching and research along with professional work, if any. OR Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Engg. Systems/Electrical Engg. and Doctorate degree in relevant Computer Science subject with published research work and atleast five years relevant experience of teaching and research along with professional work, if any.
2. Programmer (Rs. 15600-39100)(Grade Pay Rs.5400): Master’s degree in Science in Mathematics or Physics (with Computer related courses) and Doctorate degree in relevant Computer Science subject with good academic record and with at least 55% marks at the Master’s level.
OR
Master’s degree in Computer Applications and Doctorate degree in relevant Computer Science subject with good academic record with at least 55% marks at the Master’s level.
OR
Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/ Engineering Systems/Elect. Engg. with at least 55% marks or equivalent at Bachelor’s/Master’s level and with Computer related experience of at least one year.

6. Office Superintendent (Rs.5200-20200)(Grade Pay Rs.2800): Graduate with at least 5 years experience as Senior Clerk or Steno or 10 years experience as Junior Clerk. Preference shall be given to those having Postgraduate Degree and Diploma or Certificate in Secretarial Practice.
7. Technician Grade-I (Mech.Engg./Zoology) (Rs.5200-20200) (Grade Pay Rs.2800): Bachelor’s degree with atleast two years relevant experience. OR Diploma in Engineering with at least two years relevant experience.
8. Commercial Artist (Education) (Rs.5200-20200) (Grade Pay Rs.2800):B.F.A. with at least two years relevant experience. OR Intermediate with three years Diploma in relevant subject with atleast two years relevant experience.
9. Steno-Typist (Rs. 5200-20200) (Grade Pay Rs.2800): Intermediate with a speed of 80/40 w.p.m. in short hand typewriting respectively in English and Hindi. Preferably graduate with two years experience. Knowledge of Hindi desirable.
10. Senior Noter & Drafter (Rs. 5200-20200) (Grade Pay Rs.2800): Graduate with three years office experience. OR Intermediate with five years office experience.
11. Mechanic Grade A-I (Rs.5200-20200) (Grade Pay Rs.2400): Bachelor’s Degree with relevant subject(s) OR Diploma in Engg. In relevant subject. OR Intermediate with ITI certificate in relevant trade with atleast two years relevant experience. Desirable: experience in more than one trade is desirable.
12. Computer Operator (Rs.5200-20200) (Grade Pay Rs.2400): Bachelor’s degree with atleast two years relevant experience. OR Postgraduate Diploma in Computers with atleast one year relevant experience.
13. Assistant Draftsman (Rs. 5200-20200) (Grade Pay Rs.2000): ITI certificate in relevant trade with atleast one year relevant experience OR Intermediate with atleast three years relevant experience.
14. Laboratory Assistant (Education/Chemistry) (Rs.5200-20200) (Grade Pay Rs.1900): Intermediate or High School with 5 years relevant experience.
15. Mechanic Grade-B (Rs.5200-20200) (Grade Pay Rs.1900): ITI certificate in relevant trade OR Intermediate with 2 years relevant experience.
16. Library Clerk (Rs.5200-20200) (Grade Pay Rs.1900): Intermediate with first division or Intermediate with two years office experience or Graduate. Good knowledge of Hindi & English typewriting and computer. Preferably with certificate in Library Science.
17. Technician Grade-III (Home Science/Music) (Rs.5200-20200) (Grade Pay Rs.1900): ITI Certificate in relevant trade OR Intermediate with at least two years relevant experience.
18. Office Assistant/ Routine Clerk (Rs. 5200-20200) (Grade Pay Rs.1900): Intermediate with 2 years office experience/Intermediate with first division/Bachelor’s degree, Knowledge of English & Hindi typing and computer.
For Accounts : Intermediate with first division or Intermediate with Accountancy/Mathematics as one of the subject with 2 years office experience in Accounts/Audit or Bachelor’s degree with Commerce/Business Management/Mathematics. Knowledge of English and Hindi typing and Computer.
19. Library Attendant (Rs.5200-20200) (Grade Pay Rs.1800): Xth Pass OR VIIIth pass with relevant institutional experience of atleast 2 years.
20. Horticulture Attendant (Rs.5200-20200) (Grade Pay Rs.1800): 8th Pass preferably with experience of working as a gardener for two years or horticulture/class-V pass preferably experience of working as gardener for 5 years or experience of working as gardener for 3 years with certificate in gardening or horticulture.
21. Laboratory Bearer (Engg./Science) (Rs.5200-20200) (Grade Pay Rs.1800):10th Pass/VIIIth Pass with relevant experience of atleast two years/VIth Pass with relevant Institutional experience of 4 years.
22. Hygiene & Cleaning Attendant (Rs.5200-20200) (Grade Pay Rs.1800): 8th Pass with relevant Institutional experience of at least two years/ 6th pass with relevant Institutional experience of at least four years.

1. Prescribed application forms and particulars of pay scales, qualifications, experience etc. can be had from the office of the REGISTRAR of the Institute on payment of Rs 50/- each (Rs.25/- for reserved posts) mentioned under sections (A) above and Rs.30/- each (Rs.15/- for reserved posts) for those under sections (B) above, at the Institute counter or by post by sending requisite cost of application form through Demand Draft alongwith a self addressed and stamped envelope of size 22x10 cms. with postal stamps of Rs.10/- for ordinary post or Rs.45/- for Registered/Speed post.

4. Candidates shall be called for interview on the recommendations of the Screening Committee of the Institute and as such all applicants may not be called for interview. No TA and DA shall be admissible for attending the interview.
5. The Institute reserves the right to fill, to fill on temporary basis, or not to fill any of the posts, without giving any reason whatsoever. The number of posts may vary depending on exigencies.
6. The Institute reserves the right to alter/modify any condition at any stage.
