Sciences & Technology of Jammu, Chatha, Jammu (J&K) 180009 by or before 15.07.2013 to 5:00 PM. Applications received after expiry of the said date will not be entertained.

General Instructions:
• The applications form accompanied by the attested copies of all the documents,
mark lists, Degree Certificates, Date of Birth, Category or any other additional
qualification should reach the office of the Registrar, Sher-e-Kashmir University
of Agril. Sciences & Technology of Jammu, Chatha, Jammu (J&K) 180 009 by
or before 15.07.2013 to 5:00 PM. Applications received after expiry of the said date
will not be entertained.
• Two Self-addressed envelopes bearing stamps `30 each should also accompanied
with application form.
• Envelope containing the application form should be subscribed as “APPLICATION
FOR THE POST OF _________________”.
• The candidates engaged shall have no legal right to claim his/her
regularization/appointment by absorption or otherwise against any regular post or
any further contractual engagement as this engagement is purely time bound, nonregular.
The engagement of the incumbent shall stand terminated automatically on
expiry of the period of the contract. This engagement can be further extendable on
the basis of performance of the candidate. The engagement of the candidate can be
terminated at any time by the University.
• The University has the right to shortlist/restrict the number of candidates to be
called for the interview based on merit and the recommendations of the screening
committee to a reasonable number.

• The University reserves the right to withdraw all or any advertised position at any
stage without assigning any reason.
• Candidates who may not be fulfilling all the requirements by the last date of receipt
of application need not apply.
• Applications received late or incomplete in any respect will be rejected without
assigning any reason.
• All the candidates should bring all the original documents at the date of interview
