	Announcement CEE – Environmental Information Centre (ENVIS) invites applications for Internship for developing a Thesaurus. Please send the application form along with your CV to cee.envis@ceeindia.org / sayen@ceeindia.org Location: Centre for Environment Education – Ahmedabad Duration: Six Months  Last Date for application : June 07, 2013  Description: The duration of this internship will be for six months. This internship includes orientation and practical training in developing thesaurus and databases in the field of Environment, Environmental Education and Education for Sustainable Development.  Purpose: The internship will develop: • skills in the application of theory to practical work situations • hands on experience in developing a thesaurus in the Essential Learnings of Education for Sustainable Development • abilities to understand the importance of systems and standard procedures while developing a thesaurus. • understanding of the area of and trends in Environment Education and Education for Sustainable development and how such subject-related thesaurus is developed.  Internship Conditions: The selected intern will be based in Ahmedabad. Interns will have the unique opportunity to learn about, and provide assistance to a variety of on-going projects of the Centre at Ahmedabad.  Essential: Graduation (preferably with understanding of education) Knowledge of working with computers.
