Educational Requirements: a) Master in Law, preferably with specialization in M&A, Company Law or fields closely associated with M&A Laws, Policies and Practices; b) Research experience and publications in peer reviewed journals and research reports desired; c) Good knowledge of latest national and international research trends and developments M&A Laws, Policies and Practices field; d) Abilities to organize international training workshops and brainstorming online/on-site discussions; e) Fluency in English language.

· This appointment is initially for five years duration with subsequent extensions depending upon the performance of the incumbent and
the needs of the University. The University retains the discretion not to make any appointment to this vacancy, to make an appointment
