Terms and conditions:
1. Selection will be made by the council on merit basis (through written test and / or interview
as applicable) and shortlisted and selected candidates will be placed through manpower
agencies.
2. All these positions are purely temporary and on contractual basis and they will be engaged
through manpower agencies. Selected candidates do not have any right to claim for
regularisation of any post of the council in future.
3. Manpower agency will be required to maintain the statutory obligations viz. EPF, ESI etc.
4. The monthly remuneration specified above is exclusive of employer’s contribution on
accounts of EPF, ESI and other statutory obligations as per labour laws prevailing in the
concerned city / town of States. Service tax as applicable may also be mentioned
5. The selection of the manpower agency will be made on the basis of track record of providing
quality personnel and service charges quoted by the firm.
6. The firms may also give the break-up of monthly remuneration in respect of each position as
mentioned above in the enclosed format.
7. Sealed quotations may be submitted to the Director General, CCRS, Anna Hospital Campus,
Arumbakkam, Chennai- 600 106 on any working day between 11.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. within
21 days from the date of publication of this advertisement i.e. on or before 12.6.2013.
Director General, CCRS reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the quotations
without assigning reason.
8. Manpower agency should submit their application along with Rs. 500/- by D.D. (Nonrefundable)
and EMD of Rs. 15,000/- by Demand Draft (Rs. Fifteen thousand only) returnable
to un-successful bidders. (DD in favour of Central Council for Research in Siddha, payable at
Chennai)
9. The manpower agency must have at least 3 years of experience in Govt. organisation with a
minimum turnover of Rs. 10 lakhs in the last 3 years.
10. The tentative date for conducting the written test / interview will be on 25th June 2013 at
CCRS, Head Quarters, Chennai and the same will be communicated to the eligible shortlisted
candidates before the cited date.
11. Applications should be in the prescribed format only and should be sent as hard copies only.
Applications sent through Email will not be entertained.
12. The council has the discretion to short list the candidates based on experience, highest degree
obtained, marks obtained in the educational qualification and age if more number of
applications are received by the council.
13. Manpower agencies may also send the list of candidates, bio-data along with attested copies
of certificates of the eligible candidates to attend the interview to be held tentatively on 25th
June 2013
14. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
15. Prescribed age limit will be calculated as on 1.1.2013
16. Disputes, if any, are subject to jurisdiction of Chennai only.
Selected manpower agency has to sign an agreement with CCRS for a period of one year initially and
can be extended further. Cancellation of agreement can be done by either side with a notice period
of one month.
