Educational Requirements: a) Master in Law, preferably with specialization in Energy Law or fields closely associated with Energy Laws, Policies and Practices; b) Research experience and publications in peer reviewed journals and research reports desired; c) Good knowledge of latest national and international research trends and developments Energy Laws, Policies and Practices field; d) Abilities to organize international training workshops and brainstorming online/on-site discussions; e) Fluency in English language.
