Qualifications: Master's degree with ten years’ experience in event management and donor relationships management. Must have ability to recognize the needs of an outstanding academic / research institute and the experience to develop programs to meet those needs. Outstanding oral and written communication skills are required, along with demonstrated ability to set priorities, exercise judgement and work with diplomacy and discretion in a high pressure environment.
