Experience Requirements: • Candidate should have worked in development project preferably for poverty reduction or livelihoods promotion in government/Nongovernment organization for at least 4 years. • The person should have acknowledged capabilities in implementing SHG-Bank Linkage programme.

Important notes and general conditions for submitting applications, selection process and employment:-
1. The applications for the above positions are invited through speed post or registered post only. No other
means for application will be accepted.
2. The number of positions may increase or decreases at the time of selection process keeping in view the
requirement of mission.
3. The selection of professionals will be based purely on track record and eligibility for the mission.
4. The candidate must fill all the compulsory information in the prescribed application form. Incomplete or
wrong information in the application may lead to cause for rejection of the application. The information
filled in the application must match with the originals, else it may lead to cause for rejection of candidature
at any stage of recruitment.
5. Candidate interested to apply for more than one positions needs to submit separate application.
6. Multiple applications for same position may lead to all applications being summarily rejected.
7. Candidate must have completed the required education qualification and already obtained relevant
certificate/degree at the time of application. All the certificates for the educational qualification must be
issued from a recognized board or university.
8. The application will be first short listed on the basis of merit of education. After that experience criteria on
nature of relevant experience will be used for further short listing of applicants.
9. After scrutinizing the application on the basis of education qualification and relevant experience, 10
candidates will be called for each position for next level of selection process.
10. The candidates so short listed, will be called for next level of selection process, which will consist of written
test, group discussion and personal interview for position serial number 1 to 7; and group discussion and
personal interview for position serial number 8 to 12.
11. The merit list will be drawn based on performance of group discussion and interview of the candidates.
12. The candidate called for next level on selection, will be issued a hall ticket. The candidate has to paste two
recent colored passport size photographs with all the desired information at that time.
13. Failing on timely reporting for appearing in any level of recruitment may cause for cancellation of its
candidature.
14. The experience claimed by the candidates should be backed with relevant testimonials and mandatorily be
produced before the selection committee. The decision of selection committee in this regards will be final.
15. After final selection, the selected candidate has to undergo an intensive probation for a period of three
months. Performance under probation will determine further engagement of candidate with SRLM.
16. All employment will be on contractual basis, initially for one year, and extended based on performance as
per requirement of the SRLM. Development of a comprehensive HR policy and revision in compensation
package of the society in under preparation.
17. Extensive field visit will be required for all positions. All the professionals engaged through this recruitment,
will have to work with poor in the villages and stay engaged with them.
18. Proficiency in computers and command on MS Office is desirable for all the positions.
19. Reservation rule will be applied as per norms of Government of Chhattisgarh.
20. To and Fro expenses will be reimbursed for the travel made by shortest route in AC III or AC bus to the SC/ST
candidates for appearing in the selection process.
21. Any discrepancy in submission of facts, will lead to disqualification of candidates at any level of selection.
22. Based on of SRLM, the selected candidate can be placed in any district/block in Chhattisgarh.
23. No fee is proposed to be collected from candidates at any stage or for any reason.
24. No entity is empowered to promise a candidate a job by “shortcuts” or “bribes” or “special favours.”
25. Criteria for rejection of Application:-
i. Not meeting the eligibility criteria like age, qualification & experience laid down in the advertisement.
ii. Misrepresentation of facts in the application and on its disclosure at any time, candidate will be
rejected and services will be terminated as the case may be.
iii. The candidate did not follow the prescribed format for application.
iv. If application is incomplete or false information filled in
v. Any application received after the last date of submission will not be entertained.
vi. If candidate try to influent recruitment process through any external sources
vii. Attempting to solicit support over the phone by promising favours or money through third parties or
any other act that can be construed as solicitation, direct or indirect.
viii. Any other valid reason found appropriate for rejecting the application
