| Essential Qualification:

First Class Masters in Agriculture/Botany/Chemistry or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Veterinary/Intellectual Property Rights/Business Development with one to five years' relevant working experience
Ph.D in Agriculture/Botany/Chemistry or Master's Degree in Engineering/Veterinary/ Intellectual Property Rights/Business Development is desirable for Fellows and essential for Senior Fellows | ||
| 3.Consultant/Architect for planning, designing and construction of NIF campus (Contractual) | ||

| Essential Qualification:
Master's Degree in Architecture with at least ten years' experience in master planning, landscape design and management plans for institutions and large campus, and construction of building etc.

| 4. Manager (Administration) | ||
| Pay:Rs. 25000 -35000/- + HRA (consolidated) | ||

| Qualification:
Master's Degree in Management or Communication with at least two years' experience in administration and secretarial work including logistic management, report preparation, data analysis etc. Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of staff members, as well as outside personals.

| Age:
Not exceeding 35 years for Innovation Officer/Scientist C, Fellows and Manager (Administration), 50 years for Sr. Fellows and Consultant/Architect. The upper age limit is relaxable for the applicants from the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-service men, Other Backward Classes, Physically Handicapped and other special categories in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time. In this regard the controlling authority may relax the upper age limit in case of highly experienced candidates in specialized areas.

| General: | ||
1. All other positions except Innovation Officer/Scientist C are purely temporary and no claim for permanence can be made regardless of the duration of the contract. Even in the case of Innovation Officer/Scientist C, general rules of Govt. of India will apply about probation and rest of the service.
| ||
2. The number of posts to be filled may vary. The institute reserves the right to cancel the recruitment without assigning any reason.
| ||
3. The prescribed essential qualifications are minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview.
| ||
4. Preference will be given to those candidates, who have published research and popular articles in reputed journals/newsletters
| ||
5. The selected candidates are liable to serve anywhere in India.
| ||
6. The persons with disabilities are also allowed to apply though no vacancies are reserved for them. Such candidates will be considered for selection for appointment to the posts by general standards of merit.

7. Candidates working in Government Departments / Public Sector Undertakings / Autonomous organisations should apply through proper channel.
