Terms and Conditions
1. The appointed faculty on contractual basis shall offer at least three unit
courses in PGDM programme including its evaluation, project guidance,
etc. In addition to classroom activity, the faculty members are required
to undertake coordination of various students’ activities like conduct of
seminars, arranging study visits, preparation of results, etc.
2. Salary - negotiable.
3. Family accommodation will be provided in the campus.
4. No Provident Fund/Gratuity benefits and other perquisites will be made
available.
5. He/She will be entitled to casual leave, closed holidays being availed
by other staff of the Institute and earned leave @ two and half days per
working month during his/her tenure on contract basis.
6. He/She will not be allowed to accept any outside assignment.
7. The contract can be terminated with one month’s notice from either
side without assigning any reason thereof and even during the period of
contractual tenure.
8. These appointments are of purely temporary nature and in no
condition the candidate will be able to ask for permanent
recruitment or benefits.
9. VAMNICOM, Pune reserves the right to add, amend and delete any
of the terms and conditions.
10. Under any dispute, decision of Director General, NCCT, New Delhi will
be final.

1. In case of outstanding experience and skilled candidates; qualification and
age conditions will be waived / relaxed.
2. VAMNICOM reserves the right to offer or not to offer the referred posts
