Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree with at least 5 years of working experience as PA/PS in Government, reputed University, Technical/Autonomous Institutions with an excellent proficiency in English language, Stenography with minimum speed of 100 w.p.m., Computer knowledge with typing speed of 40 w.p.m, Office Applications and Secretarial Practices like interdepartmental/ Govt. Correspondence, maintenance of daily dairy, appointments, meetings. The incumbent should be able to handle correspondence independently and would have to coordinate with all Departments/ Divisions and activities of the Institute. Should be able to do his work independently on computer.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Management or equivalent with enough experience in the Office Management, Public Relations/ Public Management.

1) Should possess a post graduate Management Degree from a recognized University of repute in the field of HR/ Entrepreneurship Development/ Project Management and should be able to do his work independently on computer. 2) At least 12 years experience in a large commercial enterprise of repute/ State/ Central Government Organization/ PSUs/ University/ Educational Institute.
 Maximum Age: 45 years

Deputation: Persons holding analogous posts on regular basis or equivalent or persons working as Assistant General Manager in Pay Band-III in the Grade Pay of Rs. 5400 on regular basis with 5 years experience as Assistant General Manager and possessing relevant experience of at least 12 years in a large commercial enterprise of repute/ State/ Central Government Organization/ PSUs/ University/ Educational Institute.
